Our four self catering holiday cottages, in the heart of Warwickshire, UK, provide you with a relaxing break from the bustle of everyday life for a short holiday or longer. Our beautiful self catering holiday cottages offer you luxury and comfort. All our cottages are well equipped and have access to free Wi-Fi – full fibre, Smart TV’s and USB sockets. Our holiday cottages have been converted from a 250 year old barn, and are situated in the grounds of a heritage property, a Tudor Manor House which dates back to 1453. “When I sold my house there was a delay before my new one was completed. This was not long enough to justify the usual 6 month short-term tenancy but luckily I was recommended to Whitley Elm Cottages. This turned out to be a great ‘house movers’ location for 3 months. In a lovely rural area, convenient for the M42 & M40, Warwick Parkway and Birmingham International stations as well as Birmingham airport. Katherine and David were so helpful particularly as my arrangements kept changing. Great flexibility. I would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone in a similar situation.”

Although small, Portia Cottage is very well-equipped with everything we needed, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the views are lovely. It couldn’t have served us better as a home from home, and the facilities in the garage along with assistance from Margaret made the practicalities of looking after a family of four more than manageable. They are ideally placed to reach many of the business centres in this part of the West Midlands and are located close to the A46, M40 and M6. The cottages are beautifully situated in the midst of lovely countryside and are peaceful and relaxing after a hard days work. There is ample parking and a good internet connection. Thoroughly recommended.”

We had just relocated to the UK and needed a place to stay while trying to find a permanent house. Our experience was much better than we’d expected. A very calm and beautiful environment, with lots of nature all around and beautiful gardens. The cottage had all the required utilities for a comfortable stay and it felt like home. There were lots of details that made our stay amazing, an external park for children, beautiful books and board games. We had such a great time that it was a bit hard to move out. We absolutely will recommend the Whitley Elm Cottages to all our friends and family.
